Exchange / Replacement Policy

Products can be exchanged within 7 to 15 days of purchase with its receipt and tags intact. In order to exchange the size of online ordered products, please contact us at contact@shopstaso.com or call our Customer Care Service at 0325-6872142.

Kindly send the articles to be exchanged within 7 to 15 days after receiving them. No requests will be entertained after that time.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers shall bear the delivery costs for exchanging size and articles.

We have a No Refund policy. However, in cases of defected or damaged products, the company will replace it — provided it has been reported within 7 to 15 days. Once acknowledged, you may choose another article of equivalent value from the website. Exchange depends on stock availability and required size.

Shipping and Handling

All orders will be delivered by our courier service providers within 3 to 5 working days in Pakistan. If your order is not delivered in this time, please contact us at contact@shopstaso.com.
