  • STASO holds a ‘No Refund’ policy except in cases of defective products.
  • No exchange on articles purchased at 50% off.
  • All claims on defective products approved by the company will be processed within 14 working days. Once accepted, you may select any other article of equal value from the website.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers must bear the shipping costs for returning articles.
  • STASO does not offer a ‘Refund’ or ‘Money Back Guarantee’ on purchased items.
  • Items that have been worn, used, or altered will not be exchanged.
  • Tags and labels must be intact to qualify for an exchange.
  • Color variations may occur due to screen brightness or resolution. Such requests may not be accepted.
  • Seasonal policy: Summer stock will only be exchanged with Summer items, and Winter stock with Winter items.
